Livestreaming Workshops FAQ
Due to the Corona Lockdown we are currently livestreaming our workshops. At first this caught us off guard, like everyone else. We are now designing workshops specifically with livestreaming in mind and learning as we go. While we miss our studio and having in person contact with our students, one of the benefits of livestreaming is that anyone anywhere in the world can join us.
I would like to answer a few frequent questions I am receiving from our online international participants.
How do I sign up for a workshop?
You can sign up and pay using our website.
How can I pay for a workshop? What international forms of payment do you accept?
We accept international credit card payment using our website.
You will need to inquire with you credit card what the exchange rate is for you or if you will be charged any additional fees for international payment. From our side, you are not charged any extra fees.
Do I have to pay VAT if I do not live in Germany?
Yes. Unfortunately we must charge the German VAT to our international customers because we are a small business and only pay taxes in Germany. VAT is already included in the prices you see.
When do workshops take place? In what time Zone?
All of our workshop times are listed in CET (Central European Time) because we are based in Berlin, Germany.

No. The livestreaming workshops offered during lockdown are intended to be accessible to people working from home. A decently lit flat surface of any kind should suffice as a workspace.

You will need some art supplies though. Look for the supply list linked in the workshops page. Reach out if you have any questions.
